The tent stake pouch is the perfect size for the 48" collapsible tent poles. Works great for someone who doesn’t like using trekking poles. It keeps the poles nice and consolidated and tightly packed together.

Keep your tent poles contained and protect your more delicate gear items from punctures with this tent pole sack. This size will fit up to four of our ultralight tent poles with a folded length up to about 13.5” (34 cm). With this sack you can store your short tent poles rolled up inside your tent without worrying about puncturing the tent or the tent stuff sack.

A replacement lower section for our standard Carbon Fiber Trekking Poles.

These will also fit our Minimalist Trekking Poles and most other poles with a 12mm lower section, however the measurement lines may not be accurate on other poles. Mark the spot for your tent height, and for your arm height with a sharpie.

If you are a gram-counter you can saw off the plug, and unneeded length with a hack saw. Just leave a couple inches of overlap.

This replacement horizontal flat stay fits our Arc Haul Ultra, Arc Zip Ultra, and discontinued Arc Blast, Arc Zip, Arc Haul, Arc Haul Zip, Arc Scout, Arc Haul Scout, Arc Air and Arc Air Zip Backpacks.

This is a longer version of the standard sternum strap that ships with our backpacks. The webbing is 5" longer and adjusts to a maximum of about 17" (43 cm) from strap to strap.

The sternum strap loops around the daisy chain webbing on our shoulder straps, and should be compatible with other similar shoulder straps.

This is a replacement for the Lycra Back Panel that currently ships with all Arc style backpacks. It creates a trampoline with an air gap against the wearer's back. It is also compatible with all older Arc backpacks as a retrofit.

The Lycra mesh is soft and stretchy and feels good on the wearer's back.

We also have our original style Mesh Back Panels which are made with pocket mesh. Some customers prefer the original style mesh because it is more firm, and has better airflow. Either style are interchangeable on all old or new Arc backpacks.

This is our original style Mesh Back Panel. It is used to add tension to our Arc style backpack frames, and to help maintain a gap for air flow against your back.

This will fit all Arc style backpacks, and can be retrofitted on old or new packs. It is made form our 3.5 oz/sqyd (119 g/m²) pocket mesh. The holes are a little larger than 1/8" (about 4 mm) and they allow very good airflow.

This mesh doesn't stretch as much as the Lycra Back Panels that are currently shipped on all Arc packs. Some customers prefer the more firm pocket mesh, and increased airflow compared to Lycra. Other customers prefer the more soft and stretchy Lycra that is now our default.

These replacement round vertical stays fit our discontinued Arc Blast, Arc Zip, Arc Haul, and Arc Haul Zip Backpacks. If you prefer our original adjustable Arc stay system, these can be retrofitted into any of our new Arc Haul Ultra backpacks. You may need to trim down the length with a hacksaw to get the right fit.

A replacement rubber road tip. This cap should fit over most trekking pole tips.

This quilt strap is included with our Solo Quilts and it is an optional add-on with our Summer Quilts.

The strap cinches tight to your sleeping pad. Snap the sides of your quilt to the strap to keep it tucked under you. The snaps can slide along the shock cord to adjust the gap beneath you.

If you have one of our older Solo Quilts with Flat Clips you'll need to purchase the Strap w/ Flat Clips.

Our vertical carbon fiber Arc Frame connects to the backpack by sliding into webbing pockets at the top and bottom of the backpack.

The pockets each contain a "stay holster insert" which covers the ends of stay to help prevent them from punching through the pockets. The inserts have metal sandwiched inside of them making them difficult to wear through.

The inserts are replaceable, and should be checked after 500-1,000 miles, especially if starting a long hike with a used pack.

Instructions:

1. Remove the three horizontal frame bars by pulling from the center until the end pops out. They flex easily and come in and out easily.


2. The vertical stays are difficult to remove. Pull up on the stay pocket, and pull down hard on the stay until the top end slips out of the pocket.


3. If the old inserts did not come out with the stay, slide something skinny (like a tent stake, or a horizontal stay) through the flaps and pull them out.


4. Replace the stay inserts if they are worn or punctured. Make sure the stay is between the two flaps on the inserts and is fully in place at the bottom and top.


5. Put the bottom of the vertical stay in first. Use one of the horizontal stays like a shoe-horn to pry/guide the top back into the upper pocket. It should go in without too much fuss.


6. Flex the three horizontal stays back into place. They should be behind the vertical stays.

This is a replacement for the standard sternum strap that attaches to the daisy chains on our backpack straps.

The sternum strap loops around the daisy chain webbing on our shoulder straps, and should also be compatible with other similar shoulder straps.

The maximum length is about 12" (30.5 cm) from strap to strap and will fit most hikers.

We also have a longer sternum strap available.

These carbon fiber Trekking Pole Lower Sections will fit any clasp-lock trekking poles with a 12mm diameter lower tube, which is common on many brands. They will fit all of our past and current trekking poles. Swapping out the lower section is the easiest way to replace a worn down tip or a broken tube, or simply to drop weight from your older poles.

The measurement lines are marked specifically for our new/current 2026 model Minimalist and Standard Carbon poles. They have English measurements on one side, and metric on the other.

If the measurement lines don't match your older poles, use a sharpie to mark your usual grip height and tent pitch height.

These weigh just 1.1 ounces (31 grams) for the Carbon section, plus .1 ounce (2.8 grams) for the removable basket. Baskets are included.

Keep those trekking poles on trail with our replacement tips. This kit includes the trekking pole tip, basket, and our rubber "road tip."

Featuring a universal threaded pole tip, these pieces fit the majority of standard trekking poles with a ~12mm tapered lower section.

To remove your old tip you will likely need to cut down the side of the tip and pry it off to the break the glue. An alternative, easier solution is to swap out the entire lower section of your pole. Our lower sections will fit any 12mm poles.

These replacement trekking pole clasps are replacements for the clasps found on the upper segment of our Carbon Fiber and Minimalist trekking poles.
